The Bloom

The Bloom is a unique partnership between Housing Alexandria and the Carpenter’s Shelter (CS) designed to provide CS with a new, purpose built shelter facility topped by 97 units of Housing Alexandria managed affordable housing. The building features a community room, 3 outdoor terraces, a 1,600 square foot production garden, and a playground. 10 units are reserved for former Carpenter’s Shelter clients.
